Questions

Is this generally available?

No. This is an early access preview (Version 12 beta). Google OAuth remains in External/Testing; only listed testers can sign in right now.

Does it send Gmail messages?

Not yet. The preview supports connecting a send-only Gmail authorization, but mail is not sent from the app. Sending is a future feature. No read scope is requested.

What happens on first sign-in?

Your first Google sign-in creates a new private workspace with an empty Inbox and board. Returning sign-ins open your existing workspace.

Are there team invitations or free plans?

No. Team invitations are not enabled. There are no plan tiers in this preview — it's a private workspace for listed testers only.

Where is my data stored?

Cards persist in your private workspace; some appearance preferences stay on this device.
